How it works

Your customer books on your site
Your site gets a booking page, on your domain and in your colors, and "Book" in the menu. They pick a day and time, leave their name and WhatsApp number, and that's it. If you turn on WhatsApp notifications, they tick right there whether they want them: the box starts unticked.

Confirm and remind in one tap
Every booking reaches you by email and in your agenda. "Confirm on WhatsApp" opens the chat with the confirmation already written, and the day before, your agenda gathers tomorrow's appointments so you can remind them. If someone didn't ask for them, your agenda tells you.

It arrives from your number
The message goes out from your WhatsApp, with your business name, the day, the time and your address. Your customer talks to you, as always. You can change the wording.
Automatic WhatsApp confirmation
On requestIf you want, we connect your business WhatsApp to your agenda and the confirmation goes out on its own as soon as someone books, from your number and with your name. Only people who ticked the box get it, they can opt out by replying STOP, and your agenda shows whether it was delivered and read.
